    It comes from the French district Marennes-Oléron.

    She is raised alive in the sea and then transferred to ancient “Claire” clay salt pans for a minimum of 28 days.

    It is homogeneous with a jagged brown shell, an elongated and rounded shape. Saline flavor and aftertaste with hints of hazelnut.
